What qualifies for free shipping?
Yes! Water-Transfer Nail Decal orders always include FREE U.S. shipping. All other U.S. orders qualify for FREE shipping when the cart subtotal reaches $40 or more. Nail decals and UV Nail Gloves can be combined toward the $40 minimum.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Use the tracking link in the email to follow your package’s delivery status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Xaiyona offers international shipping. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Disposable UV Gloves
How do UV nail gloves work?
Xaiyona Disposable UV Nail Gloves create a physical barrier over the skin on your hands during gel curing while leaving your nails exposed. Each glove features perforated, tear-away fingertips so you can expose only the nails before placing your hand under the nail lamp.
How do I put the gloves on correctly?
Wear each glove with the protective material covering the back of your hand and the breathable mesh panel facing your palm. Secure the adhesive strip around your wrist, then gently tear away the perforated fingertip sections to expose your nails before curing.
Can I use the gloves with both UV and LED nail lamps?
Yes! Xaiyona UV Nail Gloves can be worn with both UV and LED gel nail lamps. LED nail lamps used for gel curing can still emit UVA wavelengths, which is why protecting the surrounding skin can be beneficial.
Have the gloves been tested for UV protection?
Yes! The material used in our Disposable UV Nail Gloves has been laboratory tested for UV protection and achieved a UPF 50+ rating. Testing measured both UVA and UVB transmission through the material.
Do the gloves completely block UV exposure?
The gloves are designed to provide a protective physical barrier over the covered areas of your hands during gel curing. Your nails and portions of your fingertips remain exposed so your gel polish can cure properly. No protective product should be considered a guarantee of eliminating all UV exposure.
Why use UV nail gloves instead of sunscreen?
Both protective gloves and broad-spectrum sunscreen are options for reducing UV exposure to the hands. Gloves provide a convenient physical barrier without the greasy residue of sunscreen before your manicure, which some people may prefer when preparing and working around the nail area.
What are the gloves made from?
The gloves are made from 96%+ lightweight nonwoven polyester. They feature a protective back-of-hand layer and a breathable mesh palm panel designed to improve airflow and comfort during your manicure.
Will the gloves make my hands hot or sweaty?
The palm features a breathable mesh panel that allows airflow and helps reduce heat and moisture while the gloves are being worn unlike traditional cloth gloves.

Water-Transfer Nail Decals
How do I apply the nail decals?
Apply your base nail color (white works best) and allow it to dry. Cut out your desired decal and place it in room-temperature water for 5–10 seconds. Remove it with tweezers, gently slide the decal off the backing paper, and position it on your nail. Press gently with a tissue to remove excess water and help the decal lay flat. Once completely dry, seal with at least two layers of top coat for longer-lasting nail art.
New to water-transfer decals? Try one of the small tester decals marked with a “T” first to practice the application process without using one of your designs.
Do I need to cut around each design?
Yes, cut out the individual design you want to use before placing it in water. You don’t need to cut perfectly along every edge, but trimming closer to the design can make application and placement easier.
What polish works with the decals?
Our decals can be used with both regular and gel polish, but white nail polish works best. Because the designs are printed on a transparent background, a white base helps the colors appear the most vibrant and true to the original design. Other light colors can also work, but darker or highly pigmented base colors may affect how the decal colors appear.
Can I use the decals on natural nails or extensions?
Yes! Xaiyona water-transfer nail decals can be used on natural nails as well as acrylic, gel, Gel-X, press-on, and other artificial nails. Apply them over your chosen base color and seal them with top coat.
How long do the decals last?
Wear time depends on your manicure, application, top coat, and daily activities. For the best longevity, make sure the decal is completely flat and dry, then seal it with at least two layers of top coat.
Can I reposition a decal after applying it?
Yes! While the decal is still wet, you can gently slide it into your desired position. Once positioned, press it down with a tissue to remove excess water and help it lay flat. Allow it to dry completely before applying top coat.
What are the testers?
Each decal sheet includes small tester decals marked with a “T.” These are included so you can practice the water-transfer process before using one of your actual designs. We recommend trying a tester first if you’re new to water-transfer nail decals so you can get comfortable with soaking, sliding, positioning, and applying the decal.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact Xaiyona within 7 days of delivery. Return eligibility depends on the product's condition and the reason for the return. For hygiene reasons, opened packs of disposable UV nail gloves cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Can I return an opened pack of UV nail gloves?
No. Because the gloves are disposable personal-use products, opened glove packs are not eligible for return. If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Can I get a refund or replacement if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it. Orders that are lost or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
